Our Services
We at Serenity Funeral Services are proud to be an independent, locally owned and family run business; here to support the people of Herefordshire and the surrounding areas.
Whether you call us day or night, your call will be answered personally by either Alistair or one of the team. We value each family with kindness and compassion and your loved one will be treated with dignity and respect at all times.
What’s more, our Direct Cremation service only use our local Crematorium in Hereford, our team will personally accompany your loved to the Crematorium on the day of the service.
We offer a wide range of services to make sure your loved one’s funeral is exactly what you want it to be. If there is something not stated below, please let us know and we would be happy to have a conversation to accommodate.
Before the arrangements are finalised, we will provide you with a written estimate of how much the funeral will cost.
When to pay:
You will need to pay all disbursements within 24 hours of the funeral arrangement. The final invoice will be sent to you approximately 7 days after the funeral. You will then have 21 days to pay the outstanding balance.
(Disbursements are all amounts we pay on your behalf e.g. cremation/burial fee, doctors’ fees, minister’s fees etc).
If you have arranged a Simple funeral or a direct cremation/ burial (unattended funeral), after you have finalised your arrangements with us, you will need to pay in full within 24 hours.
Services & Pricing
We work closely with many florists in Herefordshire to provide bespoke floral tributes to match your wishes. You will have the option to order any floral tributes at the time of the funeral arrangements, or if you’d prefer, order directly through your preferred florist to have them delivered to us on the day of the funeral.
